Industrial design registration includes:

• Preparing and filing an Industrial design registration application with the Indian Design Office.

Please note that the mentioned fee includes the professional fee for filing 1 industrial design application in India. Government fee is additional and at actuals. Government fee is ₹ 1,000 for individuals, startups and SME’s and ₹ 4,000 for other entity types. Stamp fee of 100 will also be applicable.

Exclusions: Government fee is at actuals. Any actions required to be undertaken after filing of the industrial design application is not included within the quoted price and will be additional. E.g. additional actions like responding to examination reports, attending hearings, filing or responding to opposition, performing a design search, etc. are not included in price.
